Don't listen to the haters

The most important thing to realize about Melissa's podcast is that she using a platform as a LATINA in STEM to give voice to other Latinx in the field. There's only 3% of Latinas in STEM and Melissa is doing great work trying to collaborate and make sure Latinx are represented in STEM. I find the reviews critiquing her "Spanish accent" horrible and distasteful. We need to support each other not bring each other down.
