I describe some alternative uses to Plastic Bags.
A recent population survey discovered an increase of 1000 manatees in the state of Florida. It was the second time the population has increased (last time was in 2010). Now, officials are thinking of taking the manatee off of the endangered and down list them to threatened.
Is this a good idea?
