Topic 2: Do you ever worry that you aren't doing enough to conserve the ocean or even the environment? Well, don't because changing behaviour to conserve the ocean is not an easy thing to do. I provide more of an explanation as to the different levels of commitment to conservation and why you shouldn't feel judged for your commitment level.
Topic 3: Canada is paving the way for a single-use plastic ban by declaring plastics are toxic to animals, the environment, and people. Of course, we already knew that, but the declaration is more significant coming from the government.
